Seed Cycling Seed Snaps Recipe 

This Seed Cycle Seed Snaps recipe for Phase 2 provides you with your required daily dose when following seed cycling for natural hormone balance.

Ingredients

  • 1 container of The Seed Cycle Phase 2
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • pinch of salt
  • quality chocolate, melted for topping

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. 3. Spread mixture on lined baking tray. You can place a second piece of baking paper on top of the mixture and spread with a rolling pin or your fingers until the mixture is about ½ cm thick. 4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Once cooled drizzle with melted chocolate and place in the fridge to set. 5. Seed Cycling Smoothie Recipe 

Smoothies for seed cycling are a quick and convenient way to create a nutrient dense, balanced meal, and not to mention get your daily dose in of The Seed Cycle. Smoothies for seed cycling are the perfect breakfast choice or snack on the go. I N G R E D I E N T S
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut water or milk of choice
  • 1 – 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop quality protein powder e.g. Inca inchi, fermented whey, hemp or organic pea protein
  • 1 scoop The Seed Cycle Phase 1 or 2 (depending which phase you are in – see how to seed cycle for more information)
M E T H O D
  • Pour almond milk and chia seeds in a blender and let sit for 10 minutes for the chia seeds to bloom.
  • Add remaining ingredients into to the blender and blend until smooth or your preferred consistency. Enjoy!

The Seed Cycle Granola Recipe

The Seed Cycle Granola recipe is perfect for those busy mornings. During a busy morning it is easy to skip breakfast or reach for one of those quick breakfast cereals, muffins, or just toast. INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries  
  • 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
  • ½ cup cashews, chopped
  • 4 scoops The Seed Cycle Phase 1 or 2 (depending which phase you are in – see how to seed cycle for more information)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup or honey
METHOD
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and combine well
  3. Spread the mixture out evenly onto a lined baking sheet
  4. Bake to 10 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.Allow to cool for 20 to 30 minutes before storing into 3 separate airtight containers.
Note: As we have used 4 scoops in this recipe we recommend you separate equally and store into 4 airtight containers. This will ensure you consume 1 dose of The Seed Cycle each day for 4 days.  Cacao Date Muffins for Seed Cycling on marble background and white plate

Seed Cycle Phase 1 Cacao Date Muffins

Cacao Date Muffins for Seed Cycling recipe is refined sugar free and balanced with healthy fats and protein. They are slightly sweet, moist and nutrient dense. Even for kids or people who are not seed cycling, these muffins are a great snack or breakfast on the go idea!  The Follicular Phase 1 Date Cacao Muffin Recipe - Pumpkin Seeds and Flax Seeds INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup or rapadura sugar (add extra for a sweeter muffin)
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3 free range eggs
  • 1/3 cup spelt flour or almond meal for gluten free
  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 container Phase 1
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup dates, chopped
METHOD
  1.  Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Line muffin tins with muffin cup liners, divide the mixture among 14 muffins cups - this will give you the correct seed cycle phase 1 dose. 
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until passes the skewer test. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Vanilla Seed Cycle Bliss Balls Recipe

The Vanilla Seed Cycle Bliss Balls are specifically for Phase 2 - the Ovulatory and Luteal Phase (which is days 15 to 28 of your cycle). 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
  • 8 large Medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 container of The Seed Cycle Phase 2 blend (240g)
  • 1 cup of sesame seeds, for coating 

Method

1.  Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for approximately 3-5 minutes until the mixture comes together.

2. With wet hands, roll the mixture into balls (14 larger balls or 28 smaller balls will give you the correct dosage for daily intake of the seed blend) If the mixture feels a bit too dry, just add a little water.

3. Roll your vanilla seed cycle bliss balls in sesame seeds or your choice of coatings and refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container until ready to eat.

Chocolate Seed Cycle Bliss Ball Recipe

Get creative with our Phase 1 Blend by making these delicious Chocolate Seed Cycle Bliss Balls. The recipe is gluten free, refined sugar free and you can modify it to suit your needs!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons organic nut butter
  • 8 Medjool dates
  •  3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  •  1 container of The Seed Cycle Phase 1 blend (280g)
  •  1 cup of desiccated coconut, for coating

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for approx. 3-5 minutes until the mixture comes together
  2. With wet hands, roll the mixture into balls (14 larger balls or 28 smaller balls will give you the correct dosage of the seed blend). Please note:  If the mixture feels dry add a little extra water.
  3. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut or your choice of coatings and refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container until ready to eat.
  4. Consume 1 or 2 seed cycle bliss balls daily (depending on the number you created, 14 or 28)
