How the Seed Cycle Subscription Works
Each month you'll receive everything you need to assist you on your seed cycling journey. We have a great subscription feature which allows you to choose and switch between The Seed Cycle 1 Month Pack or The Seed Cycle Bake Mix Duo each month!
Our Subscription gives you with full control of your membership through our dedicated customer portal. This private portal allows you to modify your seed selections and gives you the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time after the 3 month minimum period; as well as updating your postage and payment details.
Whilst it is not uncommon to see some improvements from seed cycling within your first month, the reality is, that to truly begin to realise the benefits of seed cycling usually requires a commitment of at least 3-4 months. Remember – we are trying to naturally and progressively balance our hormones to eliminate issues and problems which our bodies have developed over many months and usually years.
For this reason – we have developed and refined our subscription packages to cater for this and it is targeted at women who truly want to commit to seed cycling to realise its benefits over a sustainable and long term period.

I had never heard of seed cycling until about 3 months ago when Mel mentioned it during one of our nutrition sessions. I wasn’t sure how I was going to go as seeds were not something I regularly ate. When peri-menopause boldly presents, what does one do? Well…in my case, nothing because I had no idea that I was engaged in this terrible tango!

I had never heard of seed cycling and I was intrigued.
I started with the scoops (as I like to call them) but by the third month, had graduated to the bake mixes because I am not intrinsically a yoghurt-smoothie-breakfast-bowl kinda gal. And while I am also not exactly a bake-it girl, the brownies and biscuits were doing their unique version of the bake-it-SEED-whisperer!
Transition made, and baking has never felt so good! I’m now officially a grab-&-go gal — and it’s definitely a case of you-go-girl!
It’s an easy addition to my bag as I walk out the door, and I can eat it on-the-go or sit with my tea and linger a little; How nice, too, that I am eating brownies and biscuits that are actually serving me — both my body and my (God love her) mind!
THE RESULT: It has been a slow process for me. Because I am peri-menopausal, it has been a little trickier, and it has had to be a lesson in patience — which, if you had to gain some more of something (other than love) patience would be it!
Midway, Mel advised me to switch to moon-cycling and this has been my path to progress. I can feel and see my body and period re-calibrating; My emotions are less potent and my hormonal breakouts less and also less intense.
I am about to head into my 4th month, and I am optimistic about my incoming HappyHormones and their ensuing good, internal and external manifestations!
