You can start seed cycling at any time – meaning you don’t have to wait until a specific day to begin with the seed blends.
For example - If you are on day 5 of your cycle, you would take Phase 1 blend for the next 9 days and then move onto Phase 2. Continue taking Phase 2, until switching back to Phase 1 on the first day of your next cycle (which is day 1 of your period).

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to long into your account. Click the My Subscription tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a ‘Cancel’ button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product. You can also put your subscription on hold and reactive anytime by clicking the ‘Suspend’ button.
