Can I use The Seed Cycle if I am on the Pill?

Yes, seed cycling can be used while on the Pill and can help support its effects.

There are many women taking The Seed Cycle blends while on the Pill and benefiting from the nutritional value of the seeds.

Seed cycling can also help you adjust to a regular menstrual cycle when getting off the Pill.

Can I seed cycle if I am pregnant?

It is not advised to seed cycle after your first trimester of pregnancy.

It is best to consult with a health practitioner for professional advice and support during pregnancy.

How long before I see results?

You may start to see differences after 1 month of seed cycling, usually though it does take 3-6 months to see changes. All results are very individual.

Can I start anytime?

You can start on day 1 of your period with Phase 1 blend or start with Phase 2 from ovulation. If using the lunar cycle start with Phase 1 starting on a New Moon and Phase 2 starting on a Full Moon.

What if I have lost my period or have irregular periods?

Always start by consulting your health practitioner if you have lost your period. If seed cycling is right for you and your circumstances you can start cycling using the moon phases.

How do I store blends?

Store the Seed Cycle blends in a cool, dark place, out of direct sunlight. Keep in sealed container.

Is it safe?

The seed cycling technique is often recommended by health professionals to support women's health challenges such as acne, PMS, irregular cycle and cramping.

To date, there has been no medical research to suggest that seed cycling causes any adverse impact on the body however we always recommend that you speak to your GP or Nutritional Consultant before making any significant changes to your diet or lifestyle. Particularly IBS or any other conditions should be taken into account that may be affected by ingesting seeds.

Will seed cycling work for me if I am going through menopause?

Yes, many women have reported a decrease in their menopause symptoms when using seed cycling regularly.

What if I miss a day?

Daily consistency is important but if you do miss a day, don't stress. You can double up the next day.

How do I use the blends?

The easiest way is to add the blends to smoothies, yogurt bowls, salads, and soups.

What if my cycle is not 28 days?

If you are seed cycling with your natural cycle, you may find that your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days. It is completely normal.

If your cycle is shorter you can start on the next phase on the first day of your period.

If your cycle is longer you will await your next cycle, then on the first day of your period you start Phase 1.

How long can I use The Seed Cycle?

Seed Cycling is all natural and can be part of your daily routine long term to support your body as you move through all the stages of life. There is no need to stop or take a break as it is all natural.
